The Vomit is a dramatization of crisis of identity and a parody of Nigerian society, especially as it concerns the issue of power, choice of good leaders and the future of the polity. The playwright uses the search for the new Luogun of Paluda to tell the story. The moral of the play is that true unity can be found, if people can create a binding peace even within their cultural differences.
